My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges we face in today's stressful life. I have learned to overcome the binge eating and restricting yo-yo dieting I struggled with all my life. I have learned to love and respect my body for all the things it does and can do for me rather than hating it for not being thin enough, or being too much of this or that.  I will show you how to find your strength and love yourself again with 1:1 personalized coaching.

There are so much confusion around nutrition today. We have diet gurus selling fad and crash diets. We have the diet zealots who claim certain foods are bad.  No food is inherently bad (except Taki's lol).  No diet will work for everyone.  You need to find the right diet, the one that works for YOU.
